This service provides structured strategic management and supervision of the brand’s social media presence using existing content assets.

The objective is to ensure consistency, clarity and alignment between media activity and the brand’s business goals.

This service includes:

• Monthly strategic media planning and prioritisation
• Definition and refinement of content pillars
• Platform role clarification and positioning
• Development of a structured monthly content calendar (up to 12–16 posts)
• Caption writing and optimisation
• Hashtag and SEO alignment
• Scheduling and publishing
• Basic graphic design (simple layouts, covers, text-based visuals)
• Visual consistency supervision
• Monthly performance review and optimisation guidance
• Strategic coordination with the internal SMM or operational team

This service is based on the use of ready-to-use content provided by the brand.

Content production, photo and video shoots, advanced editing, paid media management and influencer campaigns are not included in this scope.

This service results in structured monthly media direction and implementation support.

The client receives:

• Monthly content calendar
• Approved captions and publishing structure
• Visual alignment guidelines
• Published and scheduled content
• Monthly performance overview
• Strategic optimisation recommendations

All materials are delivered in a professional and structured format.

Service type: Monthly strategic retainer. 
Minimum commitment: 3 months. 
Estimated workload: up to 30 hours per month.

This service is focused on strategic planning, direction and supervision.
It is not structured as daily operational involvement.

The scope assumes the presence of an internal SMM manager or operational team responsible for daily publishing, community management and execution.

Included per month:

• 1 strategic planning call (60 minutes)
• 1 additional alignment call if required (up to 45 minutes)

Communication is conducted via structured email correspondence.
Instant messaging support and real-time daily involvement are not included.

All work is performed within the allocated monthly hours.
Requests exceeding the defined scope or time allocation are reviewed and invoiced separately.

Unused hours do not roll over.

• Monthly investment: from €4,000
• Invoices are issued monthly and paid 100% in advance
• The official start of the project is defined by the signing of the agreement and payment of the first invoice
• Upon completion of each month, the client receives an Act of Services Rendered
• Any additional services requested beyond the defined scope are invoiced and billed separately
